Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly shown in the "Total Cost" section. They are not included in the product price.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. During sales, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated.

Order Confirmation & Payment

Once your payment is successfully captured, we will begin processing your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Available delivery methods and costs depend on your location and will be shown at checkout. Please note that carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes after purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, additional shipping fees may apply.
