Return Period

You may return most products within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for reasonable reasons (e.g., wrong item, defect, change of mind).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened or used pet toys (unless faulty)
- Consumable products (e.g., treats, chews)
- Items marked as "final sale"

Sale Items

Discounted items are returnable unless clearly marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.

How to Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges

If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you need.
